Forward, Intro and Author's Note pg 11-34/Chapter 1

After reading the forward, I think it's a good idea to brush up on a few of the names/ideas/concepts. For example, you should definitely look up Jim Wallis if you are not already familiar with him or his work. Here's a video of an interview with Jon Stewart.
